My academic and professional training reflects an interdisciplinary foundation that integrates instructional technology, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software development. Collectively, these experiences have equipped me with expertise in learning systems design, emerging technologies, human-computer interaction, and large-scale application development. This blend of education and technical training supports my ability to design, evaluate, and implement technology-enhanced learning environments and complex digital solutions.
UX/UI Inspection
UX/UI inspection is a systematic evaluation method in which experts review a digital interface to identify
usability problems without involving end users. It typically involves applying established principles
(such as usability heuristics, accessibility standards, or design guidelines) to assess how well an interface
supports user tasks. The goal is to quickly detect issues related to navigation, clarity, consistency, and
user experience quality. Common examples include heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and expert
reviews.
Usability Evaluation Test Plan
A Usability Evaluation Test Plan is a structured document that outlines how a usability study will be
conducted to assess how effectively users can interact with a system or product. It typically defines
the study’s objectives, participant characteristics, tasks to be performed, data collection methods,
and evaluation metrics. The plan ensures that testing is systematic, consistent, and aligned with the
goals of the evaluation. Its purpose is to guide the process of identifying usability issues and
improving the user experience.
Technology Implementation Plan (TIP)
A Technology Implementation Plan (TIP) is a strategic document that outlines how a new technology system
will be introduced, deployed, and integrated within an organization. It typically describes the goals
of the implementation, required resources, timelines, roles and responsibilities, training needs,
and risk management strategies. The purpose of a TIP is to ensure a smooth, organized transition from
planning to actual use while minimizing disruptions. It serves as a roadmap for stakeholders to follow
during the adoption process.
Instructional Design (ADDIE)
The Human-Computer Interaction course is designed as a rigorous, literature-driven, application-focused
graduate course that integrates theory and practice in human-computer interaction. Through progressive
assignments and structured online engagement, students develop competencies in usability inspection,
usability evaluation planning, and privacy-aware UX analysis, aligned with stated course learning outcomes.
Computer Science Courses
The following is a collection of computer science and information systems courses that I have
completed as part of my academic and professional development. These courses collectively cover
a broad range of topics in computing, including system administration, network infrastructure,
structured programming, object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms, enterprise
application development, information systems project management, cybersecurity, and human-computer
interaction.
